– Espay and the merchant sign the Cooperation Agreement on a stamped document

When Will Payments Be Received by the Merchant?

Espay offers two fund receipt methods: Aggregator and Direct.

The Aggregator Method allows Merchants to provide a single bank account to receive payments from all available payment channels. Funds are first received by Espay and then forwarded to the merchant’s account following reconciliation on T+1 business day.

The Direct Method requires Merchants to open a bank account for each selected channel and enter into a direct agreement with the respective channel’s bank. Funds will be credited directly by the channel’s bank. The time required to go live is longer, depending on the approval from the respective bank and the minimum monthly transaction targets.

Fund disbursement reports can be viewed through the dashboard.

Merchants can also perform reconciliation using downloadable data available on the merchant dashboard.
